System inspection items and requirements
1. Requirements for power system inspection: The engine starts smoothly without blue smoke (blue smoke = burning oil), no signs of oil leakage, the turbocharger operates without abnormal noise, and the pressure of the intake hose is normal
2. Inspection requirements for the chassis system: There should be no shaking or oil leakage on the four wheel bodies of the idler wheels, guide wheels, sprocket wheels and drive wheels. There are no cracks in the track plates. The chain track plate can be selected as widened type according to customer requirements to enhance stability.
3. Hydraulic system inspection requirements: Start the working device and ensure that the earthmoving shovel rises and falls smoothly without any delay. The sealing rings of the distribution valve and the hydraulic cylinder are in good condition.
4. Structural inspection requirements: The scraper is in good condition without any deformation
List of consumables that must be replaced before shipment of machinery:
Replace the engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, new air filter, oil filter, diesel filter, valve core sealing ring, fuel injector, pin shaft, etc. Other damaged parts will also be replaced with new ones
