This model has an advanced pressure compensated CLSSS hydraulic system, which is well integrated with the SAA6D107E-1 high-pressure common rail engine. Having a homework priority mode, it can achieve a large amount of homework; There is also an economic mode that automatically reduces engine speed and saves fuel, which improves work efficiency while reducing fuel consumption. Equipped with an air pre filter as standard, it enhances the dust removal capability of the intake system and better adapts to harsh working environments. The engine and hydraulic system independently developed and produced by Komatsu have maintained consistent durability and reliability. With a sturdy body, compliant boom, stick, and bucket, high rigidity turntable, and sealed lubricated tracks, the product has higher reliability. The replacement cycle of the engine oil, oil filter, and hydraulic oil filter used is longer, and a fuel pre filter with oil-water separation function is standard. Adopting a direct discharge fuel discharge valve, a remotely installed oil filter, and a parallel arranged cooling device, it is easy to disassemble and replace during maintenance.

System inspection items and requirements
1. Appearance and structural inspection requirements:
Check the large and small arms for any welding or cracks (signs of refurbishment)
2. Engine system inspection requirements: Engine exhaust, no abnormal noise, no blue smoke, no carbon buildup in the exhaust pipe, no oil leakage in the oil pan, and no noise during idle.
3. Hydraulic system inspection requirements: The hydraulic pump/motor should have no vibration, cracks, or oil leakage, pressure stability, the chrome plating layer of the oil cylinder should have no scratches or oil leakage, the operation should be smooth, and the pipeline should be confirmed to have no bulges or aging.
4. Electrical system inspection requirements: The computer board should display speed, pressure, and fault codes normally.
Line: The lighting, air conditioning, and alarm system are functioning properly.
5. Inspection requirements for walking system:
Track: The rubber layer has no cracks, the chain rail has slight wear, and the chain number is consistent with the machine
Motor: When walking, the speed on both sides is consistent, and the walking is normal
6. Cooling and intake system inspection requirements: The radiator should be clean and free of dust, and the fan tape should not be loose
