Performance Features

The equipment adopts a three-section large-radius hexagonal boom. The main boom can extend to a maximum length of 32 meters, with a maximum lifting height of 40 meters. The boom is made of high-strength structural steel with a U-shaped cross-section, which is both strong and capable of enhancing the lifting capacity. The overall center of gravity is low, ensuring good stability. An energy-saving hydraulic system is employed, featuring a dual pump confluence function. It is fast, efficient, and operates smoothly with precise micro-motion; it can achieve confluence of both the telescopic and luffing pumps, and the main and auxiliary winches operate at high speeds. A six-speed fully synchronized gearbox is used, providing superior driving performance.

Daily Maintenance of Truck Cranes 

1. Regularly check the tightness of all fastening parts, especially the tightening bolts of the slewing bearing.

2. Regularly inspect and test the operation of the braking system of the lifting mechanism to ensure safe and reliable braking.

3. Every week, perform maintenance on the lower surface of the main boom. Every month, perform maintenance on the main and auxiliary hooks, transmission shafts, the steel wire rope of the entire vehicle, the boom and the pin of the oil cylinder.

4. Replace the gear oil every 12 months. Regularly check the oil level. If the oil level is low, replenish it.

5. Under normal operation conditions, filter or replace the hydraulic oil once every 6 months.

6. Before each operation, check all safety devices of the crane. If any device is damaged or ineffective, repair it to a qualified state before proceeding with the operation.
