System Inspection Items and Requirements
1.Engine inspection requirements:
Cold start, successful ignition at the first attempt, smooth idle speed without black smoke, no emulsification on the oil dipstick (normal water resistance).
There are no signs of disassembly on the cylinder head screw and the Angle screw.
There is no oil leakage or abnormal noise from the turbocharger.
2. Appearance inspection requirements:
There should be no welding, touchdown painting or deformation marks on the load-bearing parts such as the main beam, outriggers and turntables.
The original factory paint surface under the sealing strips of the door and window frames should be intact.
There are no scratch marks on the chromium plating layer of the hydraulic cylinder.
3. Safety device test:
Height limiter: When the hook is raised to the limit position and triggered, there will be audible and visual alarms in the cab.
Three-turn protector: When the steel wire rope is released until only three turns remain, the system automatically locks (anti-disengagement cylinder).
Level: When adjusting the base, observe the position of the bubbles. The level is normal.
4. Inspection requirements for the hydraulic system:
Observe the fluctuations of the pressure gauge under no-load and full-load conditions respectively, and there should be no abnormal shaking.
Take a hydraulic oil sample to check its cleanliness and find no abnormal impurities.
5. Structural system inspection requirements:
There should be no cracks or weld repairs at the hinge points of the large and small arms, the box bodies of the outriggers and other force-bearing points.
The slewing bearing started and rotated without abnormal noise.
After stopping, the radial clearance was measured to be less than 3mm, and the wiring harness was wrapped completely.
The list of vulnerable parts must be replaced before the machinery is dispatched.
Replace the engine oil, hydraulic oil, oil filter element, diesel filter element, air filter element, and all other worn parts with new ones.
