In 2014, a retired Northern Mercedes-Benz 16-ton crane was acquired by a certain unit. It was equipped with 82 new 99 1200R20 steel wire tires. It was also equipped with a Zhonglian 16-ton truck head. The mileage was over 1900 kilometers. The interior was very new, with the interior protective film still intact. The air conditioning was extremely powerful and the hydraulic system was excellent. Performance Features
The Northern Mercedes-Benz 16-ton truck crane adopts the Dongfeng truck crane chassis, is equipped with a Wuxi 380-horsepower electric engine, and has more powerful and fuel-efficient power transmission; the Shaogei Faoshite 8-speed gearbox uses a full-time six-wheel drive system and is equipped with a high-performance suspension system. The full-time six-wheel drive ensures that the vehicle has good passability and stability in complex road conditions, while the high-performance suspension system can effectively filter road bumps and reduce the impact on the vehicle body and the crane arm caused by uneven road surfaces. The design of this crane focuses on the convenience of maintenance, facilitating daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Daily maintenance of performance cranes
1. Regularly check the tightness of all fastening parts, especially the tightening bolts of the slewing bearing.
2. Regularly inspect and test the operation of the braking system of the lifting mechanism to ensure safe and reliable braking.
3. Every week, perform maintenance on the lower surface of the main boom. Every month, perform maintenance on the main and auxiliary hooks, transmission shafts, the steel wire rope of the entire vehicle, the boom and the pin of the oil cylinder.
4. Replace the gear oil every 12 months. Regularly check the oil level. If the oil level is low, replenish it.
5. Under normal operation conditions, filter or replace the hydraulic oil once every 6 months.
6. Before each operation, check all safety devices of the crane. If any device is damaged or ineffective, repair it to a qualified state before proceeding with the operation.
