A bulldozer is a tracked or wheeled engineering machine equipped with a front-mounted blade, primarily used for pushing, leveling soil, and loose materials
The 2013 HUANGHE T220 bulldozer, formerly used by state military units, is decommissioned military equipment. It features a multi-function front blade and rear-mounted ripper. The engine runs with crisp sound and stable idle; the hydraulic system delivers powerful control with precise movements. Entirely original with no major overhauls, it demonstrates excellent overall performance. Benefiting from moderate-duty operation under regulated procedures and strict maintenance during military service, the vehicle remains in superb condition
Last year, an African construction contractor approached us, complaining about a secondhand bulldozer he'd purchased from another dealer. The machine looked freshly painted but broke down within a week. He grumbled that competitors were too good at "dressing up" equipment. We took him to our warehouse and pointed at a bulldozer: "See this decade-old machine? The rust remains untouched,we never refurbish surfaces. Why? Because its robust engine and solid tracks show its true condition." We never hide flaws,if issues exist, we inform clients directly, even advising them to consider alternatives. This honesty builds trust: That contractor became a repeat customer, saying our machines "work like reliable old friends." On the journey of exporting used machinery, authenticity outweighs all,it simplifies transactions and ensures construction projects advance smoothly

Daily Maintenance
1. Engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, and fuel level checks
Inspect levels and replenish to standard if insufficient; observe for leakage traces.
2. Air cleaner filter dust removal
Clean dust from air filter elements (require shift-based cleaning in dusty environments); check diesel filter water sedimentation and drain.
3. Undercarriage system maintenance
Adjust track tension to specified value (excessive looseness/tightness accelerates wear); remove rocks and mud between track plates; inspect lubrication status of idler wheels and carrier rollers. 4. Structural components and safety devices Tighten blade and ripper connection bolts; check brake system and steering control sensitivity; ensure lights, horn, and fire extinguisher are functional.
5. Machine cleaning
After shutdown, remove debris from radiator grille and dirt from the machine body to prevent clogging and corrosion.
