In order to ensure that our quality can reassure and satisfy customers

We will conduct a detailed inspection of each excavator to ensure that each one is in good working condition. Before the machinery is dispatched, for each piece of equipment, we will replace the engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, new air filter, oil filter, diesel filter, as well as the oil inlet/return/pilot/pipeline filter elements. Other damaged parts will also be replaced with new ones

System inspection items and requirements

1. Requirements for appearance and structure inspection:

Check the large and small arms to ensure there are no welds or cracks (signs of refurbishment).

2. Engine system inspection requirements: Engine exhaust, no abnormal noise, no blue smoke, no carbon deposits in the exhaust pipe, no oil leakage from the oil pan, and no abnormal noise at idle speed.

3. Inspection requirements for the hydraulic system: The hydraulic pump/motor should have no vibration, cracks or oil leakage, stable pressure, no scratches or oil leakage on the chromium plating layer of the cylinder, smooth operation, and the pipelines should be confirmed to have no bulges or aging.

4. Electrical system inspection requirements: The computer board should display the rotational speed, pressure and fault code normally.

Wiring: The lighting, air conditioning and alarm systems are all normal.

5. Inspection requirements for the walking system:

Track: The rubber layer has no cracks, the chain track is slightly worn, and the chain number is consistent with that of the machine

Motor: The rotational speeds on both sides are consistent during movement, and the movement is normal

6. Inspection requirements for the cooling and intake systems: The radiator should be clean and free of dust, and the fan belt should not be loose
