Performance Features
The Sany QY50C has a maximum traveling speed of up to 76 km/h, which enables it to meet the requirements for rapid movement in various working conditions. It can efficiently transfer between different construction sites, thereby enhancing work efficiency. With a maximum grade of 35%, it means it can operate on steeper slopes and can adapt to various complex terrain conditions, expanding its application scope. It adopts German ZF steering technology and American EATON transmission technology, ensuring the convenience of operation and the reliability of the system, allowing operators to control the crane operation more easily and reducing downtime caused by system failures.
Daily Maintenance of Truck Cranes
1. Regularly check the tightness of all fastening parts, especially the tightening bolts of the slewing bearing.
2. Regularly inspect and test the operation of the braking system of the lifting mechanism to ensure safe and reliable braking.
3. Every week, perform maintenance on the lower surface of the main boom. Every month, perform maintenance on the main and auxiliary hooks, transmission shafts, the steel wire rope of the entire vehicle, the boom and the pin of the oil cylinder.
4. Replace the gear oil every 12 months. Regularly check the oil level. If the oil level is low, replenish it.
5. Under normal operating conditions, filter or replace the hydraulic oil once every 6 months.
6. Before each operation, check all safety devices of the crane. If any device is damaged or ineffective, repair it to a qualified state before proceeding with the operation.
