We offer a standard base of 8mm + sides of 6mm with high-strength wear-resistant steel (which can be upgraded to 10mm base plate). The arc-shaped base plate has a larger wear-resistant area. Compared to the rectangular cargo box base plate where the edges are prone to being worn through, the wear of U-shaped cargo boxes is more uniform. The U-shaped cargo box base plate is made of a single piece of high-strength steel that is arc-shaped stamped, without weld seams from multiple steel plates. Its tensile and torsion resistance is increased by more than 40%. Compared to the welded seams of the rectangular cargo box that are prone to cracking and deforming under heavy loads and muddy road conditions, the U-shaped cargo box can withstand the impact of minerals and heavy earthwork for a long time, reducing the frequency of maintenance.
