Given the rugged rural roads and low proportion of paved roads in Mali, two core adaptation adjustments can be provided: Firstly, the suspension system is strengthened to enhance the shock absorption damping (based on the existing 8mm thick suspension upgrade adaptation scheme), improving the resistance to impact on bumpy roads; Secondly, the tire tread type is optimized, and more durable and higher-grip off-road heavy-duty tires can be selected (maintaining the 315/80R22.5 specification, without affecting the load capacity). The reinforced structure of this trailer (16mm thick leaf springs, 400mm wide crossbeam) inherently has certain ability to withstand complex road conditions and does not require major modifications to adapt to the road conditions of most countries in Mali and West Africa.

To cope with the high temperatures and sandstorms in Mali, the trailer has been designed with targeted protective measures: The WABCO braking system is equipped with high-temperature heat sinks, which can withstand temperatures above 45℃ and avoid overheating from continuous braking; The tires use anti-aging rubber materials from Triangle brand, with a 30% improvement in wear resistance in sandy environments compared to ordinary tires; At the same time, additional air filters and dust covers for the braking system, as well as sealing sleeves for the braking system, can be installed to further reduce the risk of sand erosion.
