Replace the old engine oil, hydraulic oil, oil filter, diesel filter, air filter, and all other worn-out components with new ones.
Daily Maintenance of Truck Cranes
1. Regularly check the tightness of all fastening parts, especially the tightening bolts of the slewing bearing.
2. Regularly inspect and test the operation of the braking system of the lifting mechanism to ensure safe and reliable braking.
3. Every week, perform maintenance on the lower surface of the main boom. Every month, perform maintenance on the main and auxiliary hooks, transmission shafts, the steel wire rope of the entire vehicle, the boom and the pin of the oil cylinder.
4. Replace the gear oil every 12 months. Regularly check the oil level. If the oil level is low, replenish it.
5. Under normal operating conditions, filter or replace the hydraulic oil once every 6 months.
Before each operation, check all safety devices of the crane. If any device is damaged or ineffective, repair it to qualified standards before conducting the operation.
