430HP is the ideal horsepower range for dump trucks for short-distance heavy loads and medium-long-distance standard loads. It has excellent adaptability. Its core advantages lie in the sufficient power reserve, economical fuel consumption, wide range of working conditions adaptation, and balanced purchase and usage costs. It not only solves the problem of insufficient power at low horsepower but also avoids the waste of high horsepower costs.430HP falls within the economical and efficient horsepower range for dump trucks, eliminating the dual drawbacks of "low horsepower causing high fuel consumption under heavy load, and high horsepower resulting in high fuel consumption at low speed". Compared to 350HP and below small horsepower: at the same working conditions and heavy loads, small horsepower requires the engine to operate at a high speed (3000 rpm+) to output sufficient power, resulting in 8%-12% higher fuel consumption than 430HP; while 430HP can output large torque at low speed, and low speed (1200-1800 rpm) can complete heavy-load starting and climbing, with more controllable fuel consumption. Compared to 460HP and above large horsepower: in standard load / medium-long distance scenarios, 460HP + large horsepower will cause the engine to operate at a low load due to "excessive power", resulting in incomplete fuel combustion and higher fuel consumption per 100 kilometers than 430HP; while 430HP can keep the engine always in the optimal working load range (70%-80%), achieving the highest fuel utilization rate.
