Last week, a customer from Ghana conducted a video call with our company, BLAZERS. During the call, the customer specifically demonstrated the actual operation of the high-side semi-trailers purchased from our company, expressing high satisfaction with the vehicle's performance, practicality and adaptability, as well as full recognition of our customized services.
This Ghanaian customer is mainly engaged in logistics and transportation business locally. Three months ago, he contacted us through the official website of BLAZERS, expressing his demand for purchasing semi-trailers and putting forward the idea of personalized customization. His transportation scenarios are relatively diverse: he not only needs to transport bagged agricultural products such as cashew nuts and cocoa, but also occasionally undertakes orders for transporting containers to neighboring countries (such as Burkina Faso). He hopes to have a vehicle that can meet both transportation needs to save costs.
After understanding the customer's core needs and actual operation scenarios, our team recommended a detachable side-panel semi-trailer to the customer, combining the local transportation regulations and road conditions in Ghana. This vehicle features a flexible design: when the side panels are installed, it can safely transport bagged agricultural products such as cashew nuts and cocoa. We also customized the height of the side panels according to the customer's cargo volume and transportation needs to ensure the safety of cargo transportation; when the side panels are disassembled, 12 container locks are added, which can adapt to the transportation of 20-foot and 40-foot containers. It perfectly meets the customer's multi-scenario transportation needs, truly helping the customer achieve "one vehicle for multiple uses", greatly reducing the cost of vehicle purchase and operation, and improving transportation efficiency.
In addition to the customized design that meets the needs, the core configurations of our semi-trailer also combine quality and cost-effectiveness, and every choice is made for the customer's long-term operation. The axles adopt ZY brand, which have strong load-bearing capacity and wear resistance, adapting to the intensity of local logistics and transportation in Ghana. They are not prone to failures, which can reduce maintenance costs and downtime losses, making long-term use more worry-free; the tires are selected from TRIANGLE brand with the specification of 315/80R22.5, which have strong grip and good pressure resistance. They can run stably both on local roads in Ghana and on cross-border routes to and from Burkina Faso. Moreover, they have high wear resistance and long service life. Compared with tires of the same type, they have a lower replacement frequency, further reducing the customer's operation costs.
The suspension system adopts leaf spring suspension, which has a simple structure and high reliability. It can effectively buffer the bumps during transportation, not only protecting fragile agricultural products such as cashew nuts and cocoa, but also reducing the shaking of containers during transportation to ensure cargo safety. At the same time, the leaf spring suspension is convenient to maintain and low in cost, requiring no excessive time and expenses for subsequent maintenance, and its cost-effectiveness is far superior to products of the same level. In addition, the fifth wheel adopts JOST 90# brand, which is firmly connected and easy to operate, ensuring the stability and safety during traction and further improving the overall user experience of the vehicle.
The customer stated that since this customized semi-trailer was put into use, it has perfectly adapted to all his transportation needs. It not only solved the problem of switching between agricultural product transportation and container transportation, but also the stable performance of the core configurations reduced operational troubles, and its cost-effectiveness far exceeded his expectations.
